Black Bean Cafe Is Opening Soon in Union City

Union City is getting something fresh, local, and community-centered. Black Bean Cafe is officially opening soon inside Union Park, a new micro-home community developed by Booker T. Washington and Techie Homes.

Black Bean Cafe was created to be more than a coffee stop. It is part of the retail and gathering space that helps bring the mixed-use vision of Union Park to life. Union Park Cottages has been described as a micro-home community with mixed-use retail, bringing together housing, lifestyle, and local business in one connected space.

Located at 6305 Shannon Parkway in Union City, Georgia, Black Bean Cafe will serve the community daily from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with cafe drinks, fresh juices, bottled lemonade, coffee, matcha, teas, hot chocolate, pastries, small bites, and grab-and-go food options.

The cafe is also connected to a larger community experience. Union Park includes more than homes. The property also features a gym and an event center, giving residents and visitors a place to gather, work, connect, and enjoy the neighborhood.

Techie Homes, founded and led by Booker T. Washington, focuses on making homeownership more attainable through modern micro-home communities built around affordability, technology, and community.  Black Bean Cafe is proud to be part of that same mission by creating a warm, modern space where people can start their morning, take a break, meet with neighbors, or grab something quick on the go.
